Coffee looks a little weak. Should have brewed a stronger pot (unless this is your cup in the evening, then it's ok).
Just kidding, like the shot, simple yet good use of negative space.

Simplicity. PS Auto-level turned background white & I left it that way. A little saturation, cropping & USM was all it needed.

And to think I almost used my glowing toilet shot.

Beautiful. I wish my morning coffee looked like this - that'd wake me up. Or at least please me more. The framing and saturation and composition is all wonderful. I'm not sure about the white and black border, but top marks from me on this one.

this shot leaves me thinking more about what is not shown than-- the cuo, the piture-- what is in the frame; the crop on the right side is pretty close, leaving just a bit more space between the edge of the cup's rim and the border would have avoided confusion as to whether part of the rim was cut out

Excellent clean background emphasizes the subtle subjects. I really like the cropping which makes the subject obvious, yet leaves something for the imagination. I really enjoyed this image!

my only complaint is the black/white border should have been all black. the white gets lost in the background.

Clean shot, though not one of my habits a suggestive picture. Some light steam from the liquid might have made it more real, crispness makes it look cold and clinical.

Well - there were an awful lot of coffee entries - but yours is by far the best of the bunch, the cream of the crop (no I guess it's black.) I have one minor complaint - there is so little cup on the bottom edge that the white line between the cup and the black border really detracts. It almost looks like some of the cup is missing. Like I said, a minor gig - you image should still be in the top 3. Congratulations.

I think this photo could be improved 100 percent if you caught the lip of the pitcher pouring out the coffee. Otherwise, brilliant photo.

Very clean and simple presentation is good. The purple and red hues in the otherwise white background don't work well. Was this heavily processed? Hot spot on the front of the cup is slightly distracting.
