I am lucky enough to work with a command that allows me to take photos at every major event we have. Sometimes it can get quite tedious, but there are moments, like this one, that make it all worth it. It was amazing to watch this little boy look at his dad and his hero with such awe. I've had a few moments like this while shooting and it really makes it all worth it.

You've caught a priceless moment there, and a very fitting quote to go with it.

Wonderful expression on the boys face. Nice how you are depicting both the boy up close and the context in which this is occuring.

When a photo has real "story" no matter how little or much, it truly has reached the next level. Very well done!

This is a great example of using the diptych format to your advantage. Not enough story in the first pic, not enough detail on the expression in the second... together... a nice story being told. Well done.

I thought at first these were the same photo with different crops, but of course they are different. The young boy is really drinking it in, isn't he?

Adding the quotation is a nice touch, it influences my perception of the photo.

great combo .. love the saying ..
taking photographs often brings you closer to the real world in a way .. you become more observant and connected .. not all the time of course, but this seems to have been one of those special times for you .. :)

I bet your colleague would love a copy of this! Coupled with the quote, this is one of the most uplifting images I've seen in a while. I like how it looks like you are at the child's level in the closeup, then standing and looking down in the next one. This is quite wonderful!

I really like how you've filled the first frame with the boy, then pulled back to show us hte context. AWESOME
