This is almost a great photograph. It lacks sharpness, whether that's deliberate or not, I'm not sure. I think it would benefit from a teensy bit lower crop on the top border. That highlight breaking through is distracting.

Interesting, I like the rock in the horizon, the reflection across the water and the boat, it strikes me though that the sun and rock are too far to the left in the image and the boat is broadside which is less appealing.
