 In a sense I have given up trying to figure out why people vote the way they do on this site. I have therefore decided to photograph what I like, rather then what I think the voters on this website might like....hmmm....
This is my vision of what gray looks like. As I discovered at the exploratorium in San Francisco, gray is actually almost white to the eye unless it is in contrast with some other color. So here is my contrast, a cute little rubber elephant that makes me smile every time I look at him with a bright pink background to bring out the gray....
Maybe a 5 on this one....nah....I am dreaming... 4.3 maybe

Oh what a dubious honor to almost get a brown ribbon....I think I will stand in the corner now....hmmm...

Cute! Unique. Interesting, just unfortunate that the subject is not sharp. Would really like to see the elephant in focus, at least a part of it, say the eye or the snout. Fun though.
