This is a pretty good shot. Nice and sharp and great detail. I would have cropped a little tighter. A lot of dead space at the top and to the left err.. I mean right. |

| Tack sharp focus. I might have him fill the frame more and eliminate some of the background. With all of the rocks' various shapes and tones, it is a touch distracting from the really well captured bird. :~) |

| good DOF and exposure, but the bird is too close in color and tone as the background to make the image really pop |

Normally, I don't think I'd like the background being so close in color to the subject, but that really wonderful diagonal of bird you have going is really making this a fun image that's well taken.
(Don't tell my HS English teacher that I'm still doing run-on sentences, please.) |

| Almost cute ;-) Looks like a baby vulture ... now that I study it some more it reminds me of the Chamberlain Skeksis character from The Dark Crystal movie. |
