I really like this portrait - captures the personality. Great detail. For my tastes, I would prefer to see this shot with more of a black/white grayscale, rather than the sepia tone that it has, but a portrait to be proud of, regardless!

Great photo, It appears a bit flat to me though, a boost in contrast, and a bit of sharpening in the eyes, would make this one of the top. Very photogenic man.
