We've just visited New Mexico. In some of my photos, the sky is a ridiculous blue (that's how it really looked), and a couple of other colors appeared "overcooked", too.
In those cases, I do lower the saturation a tiny bit, even if that is less "real", but it makes a better photo (IMHO). |

Great subject, but lacks sharpeness and clarity. Shooting closer to sunrise/sunset might have given you something more dramatic. |

I like the softness of the rocks and clouds, which gives it a painting like effect. The tire tracks in the foreground are not as pretty as the rest of the scenary and detract a bit. Perhaps a crop removing the bottom 40% would emphasis the upper part. |

When I saw the thumbnail I thought this would be one of those magic pictures. The color is great but the contrast and clarity kind of vanishes for me, I love the location and the shot, but wish it had more depth of field |
