Shot 5 minutes before sunset on an overcast day. Long exposure to blend in the surf. It was foggy around home the past 18 hours and I was hoping for fog on the coast, but it was nearly clear. I went to the coast as late as possible to get near low tide.
Straighten slightly
Increase exposure 20%
Slight crop of left edge
Import to Topaz Adjust and apply Crisp preset, suppress noise significantly.
Save for web.
Found foreground sand lost too much definition with overall noise suppression so I backed out and re-applied Topaz Crisp preset without noise suppression.

Copy first image to layer of 2nd image, did a layer mask and painted out sky in noisy one (Just learning, so I fooled around until it worked).
Selected foreground rocks and did USM.
Selected background cliffs and adjusted brightness/contrast.
Save combined image for web.
Toned down blue last minute and resubmitted.
Original (for some reason I can't seem to get a thumbnail here)
