I gave you a 6 but coming back and looking at it more I'm bumping to a 7. I won't fault you for the imperfect glass surface, but I like the different proportion face image in the glass vs the stem, the black glove and the transparent ring on the finger.

the refraction of the light through the glass makes the subject child-like... my response was: what's a child doing drinking wine?

The presense of the halo is a real distraction, I would have scored higher w/o the halo and a little tighter crop. 7

i would love to see this with a few drops of bright red wine (or red water) dripping from the rim, but still a great shot

I want to take this as a serious artistic photo, but I can't. That cute little squished face cracks me up! And the stretched out cone-head in the stem of the glass, oh my, heh.
