 A quick shot of my self made dessert today. Orange cream!

No time now, perhaps I post the recipe later if anyone is interested.

Dec 26:

Ingredients
- 4 oranges
- 2 dl milk
- 50 gr. white brown sugar (couldn't find a better translation)
- 16 gr. vanilla sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- 125 ml whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon almond flakes

Preparation
- Clean 1 orange very well and cut of 3 slices (and every slice in two)
- Squeeze the oranges and keep 6 (empty) halves.
- Boil the orange juice until there's about 1/2 dl left.
- Put he milk, sugar and vanilla sugar in a pan with a thick bottom
and bring it to cook (on a low fire)
- Beat the egg yolks in a bowl
- Stir the milk through the egg yolks.
- Put this back in the pan, warm it slowly (not cooking) until the cream gets thicker.
- Take the pan off the fire, stir the orange juice throught the cream
and let ik cool down for about 30 minutes.
- Beat the whipping cream and mix it with the orange cream.
- Fill the orange halves with the cream and but it in the fridge
for about 2 hours.
- Roast the almond flakes in a dry pan for about 1 minute

Serving
- Put the halves on 6 plates and garnish with an orange slice
and the almonds

Note: Completely forgot to add the almonds, but it tasted anyway.
