 I am on such a roll with the iPhone, that I had it in my head to make this an all iPhone month. Then I had a pretty good night with the good old 40D, so I'll be posting some of them, too. This shot is cropped to iPhone proportions to look consistent.

What happened is that I had been doing some night shots and forgot that the camera was on a pretty funky manual setting.

Don't you just love those mistakes that result in a fabulous image! This is SO cool, I love the motion in the tree and the people are perfectly place.

Very happy accident! Love it when that happens. Wait til I tell mom it snowed in Santa Babs while she was in Carlsbad... :-)
