Nice job, Paul. I like this a lot. Could do without the branch tips in lower-right corner, though. And maybe CW rotation EVER so slightly to straighten the perceived horizon. Otherwise, VERY cool shot!

There are a lot of beautiful photographs in this comp.
And this is one of them.
Well done

Vignetting in the corners. I think I know what you were after, but that island is too small and isn't distinct enough from the background to make an effective focal point in the image. I think it would be a good subject in autumn, though. That fog must have looked awesome that morning.

More light needed. Elves are usually portrayed as light mannered and given to frolicking about -- this is too dark and moody.

Almost a magical shot, but desperately needs a crop to get rid of that vignetting and the distracting twigs in the lower right corner.

Oooh, nice fog! I like to see the fog rolling in. Very rare! I like the colors of the morning too. You captured it well. The tree (and corner shrub) off to the right are a bit distracting. Either more or less of it would help. Nice work.

Beatiful landscape.
I like so much the misty light and the waves on the water. Maybe the trees should no be so centered? I think you could have improved the composition a little bit.

There is significant vignetting. A tad overexposed, -1/3 stop and it would be better. Nice capture otherwise.

I really like this shot. Nice sky, water, trees and the fog. All of those elements are well composed. Now, things I would fix: cropping and maybe levels. Look in the corners for the dark portions (vignette). Crop those out as well as the misc tree parts in the lower right. Oh heck, and the one on the right middle, too, the one that's all by itself in the fog. Fiddle with the levels to increase contrast a bit and this would be an amazing image! 7

nice mood with the soft light and the fog ... 7 ... there is some vignetting at the edges (guess you probably noticed) ... maybe a tighter crop with only the trees/reflection on the left and the foggy landscape on the right would have made it better

Beautiful scene. Lighting in your capture is very good. The only downside is the darkening in the corners (from a wide angle lense?). You might have wanted to crop those out.

Wonderful scene, although I think I would have at least cropped out the corners - you'd lose the light drop-off (which can be useful, but is so very localised in this shot as to be unhelpful), and the twigs in the bottom right corner.

beautiful! The soft feel really lends itself to the mood you are going for. Love the mist on the water. One of my top shots- 9

Gorgeous scene and tones. Love the mist. One nit is that you have some vignetting happening in the corners, perhaps from using a telextender.
