 This is my white cat Schumey. Im not great with Photoshop but Im starting to play, this was glowing edges, i liked the effect & hope you guys do too.

It is so hard for me to get the glowing edges filter work well, but this is perfect! I love the bits of highlighted fur and the subtle purples/teals. Nice!

Very nice. I have been playing with the Stylize filters lately and have gotten some pretty cool effects with them. You may also want to try using multiple layers and stacking several shots of the same image with slightly different effects.

i was dangling a shiny mirrored ball ornament which she was staring at and actually about to sniff when I took the shot. You just need to find a way to distract them and quickly press the shutter! It is hard though

huh, I thought I commented earlier! guess I hit 'back' before I hit 'post'.

I'm jealous cause I can't really get a profile pic of my (busy) cat. The post processing is fun. Interestingly enough the thumb looked like a BIF (bird in flight) to ma at first.

If you do glowing edges on a 2nd layer, then use the blending mode Pin Light, it's even more fun! Hehe. 'Miau!' to Schumey!
