 This image is almost completely untouched apart from a small tweek of the levels and removing two dust spots, and the sunset was viewed by one of the many iron figures that adorn the coastline of Crosby (and me of course).
I did try an HDR of this view, but actually I though the single image above looked better.

Great color. I think the silhouette works well for balancing this out. A lot of times it's tricky to get a ratio of sky:ground, and I think the silhouette helps balance things out well.

In this case, I would have liked the subject closer to the water, your colors are good

Very sharp, smooth edges to the silhouette, it looks great. I like that there are other people througout the pic, adds a nice depth to it.

Not voting right now, but just wanted to comment. This is my home town, pity I wasn't able to take advantage of the wonderful sunsets this time around.

Beautiful colors. For a minor suggestion I might have tried a lower angle and a bit further back from the person to get more of them in the frame.
