From the LAST remaining westside train dock in Manhattan, NY. The disintegration of the rivets leaves unanswered questions. What year was the dock put in place? How long has it been out of service? What is this locations history?

The shot seems pretty over-exposed. There is too much light color, and even the darkest shadows aren't very dark, which wouldn't be so bad, but the mid-tones are also quite pale. A session with Levels in Photoshop will fix this.

fits the theme well. I personally would prefer darker more saturated look

Or, a nursing pig's tummy. I love this photo. It is a joy to look at. The lighting and colors are delightful. I hope you enjoy looking at this as much as I do.

A 10, and certainly high in the top ten percent.

This image has a severe colour cast/haze problem. Normally this can be fixed easily in PS or similar using levels. In most cases Auto Levels will do the job depending on how good the original image data is/how well it is exposed. If you open this up in PhotoShop and go into levels, you'll notice that there is empty space on the left side of the histogram. By simply moving the slider to the right to meet the lower slope of the "hill" you can take out the colour cast - it works, I tried it. :)
