| B&W tones are good but I think it could use jussst a touch of brightness contrast adjustment for the lighter tones of the dog to pop more off of the dark backdrop (in other words lighten the light tones and darken the darker ones) I really like the subject of the photo...nice candid capture. The sparkle in this delightful doggie's eyes and the wide open mouth really gives us the feeling she is happy, happy, smiley, smiley. This is a really happy feel photo. |

Bailey has such a smiley face. She is just gorgeous.
As for the Pohutakawa, I knew exactly what this was as soon as I saw the thumb. Rozy and I have just planted four of these at the entry of the driveway. They're only tiny at the moment - about 50cm, but they're going to look beautiful when they grow a bit. |
