These fellows were curious but obliging when I stopped to talk. They also let me take a few pictures.

Shadow/highlight, levels, overlay dodge and burn with a couple of overlaid textures.

The depth perceived here is so enticing...as if the horse is going to step right out of the frame...very nice.

The slight tilt of his head adds to his inquisitivness. The middle one appears to be floating. Groovy processing!
