This had potential, but I don't think you pulled it off. the sky isn't helping, for one thing. Could you have shot even lower and elevated the can? The lighting is a bit off as well. I had to work hard to see the bullet holes in the can. Maybe stand the can up and superimpose in front of the mountain? Try it again and explore other possibilities. 2

Good perspective and depth of field. Not eought lighting for me though - I'd like to see a more pronounced shadow by the can for example.

Good shot - would be better if image was slightly bigger.

Super idea. I with that butte back there were as sharp as the can, though. Good composition.

perhaps a resave to get more compression in the photo would have helped. this would have allowed for a bigger picture and a better understanding of what happened to the can

a little small

nice idea and like the composition
but maybe you should have moved a bit closer to the can so it was 30% larger and tried reflecting some light onto the front of the can to make it standout and focus on its detail more

neat shot.If the can would have been a little closer or bigger in the image, would have been better.

Like the dof, the color could stand a bit of a boost. I like this entry but it is on the small side. Hey they do that down in Oklahoma, Texas, Oregon...just about everywhere in the USA.

Nice photo. I would have liked to see this from an even lower angle to bring the butte above the horizon of the distant hills and a wider aperture. The lighting and placement of the can is great.

A little more depth of field would have improved this. (And, I know where not to go hiking, now) Great composition.

Too small, overexposed, blurry.
