 LOL we haven't put up the xmas decorations yet...this weekend we will :) However I do have my gorgeous youngest daughter Nimue who was looking christmassy today with her t-shirt :)

I wasn't terribly inspired tonight ( any suggestions on what I could have done will be gratefully accepted :) )so I just used my fave processing combo luko/gaussian blur/ multiply :)

I would leave some of that light on her, with the darkness still in the background. I love the shirt and her blowing hair is pretty!

This looks like a happy shot! I think that I would have tried to find some big green plant to add the other Christmas color to the shot. She certainly looks full of life.

Wild hair! She's so cute! Look for the "move the light" tutorial, you could use that for some more lighting on her face.

Nice capture of a pretty girl. My suggestion would be a bit more light on her face -- she looks like she's in deep shadow.

I would like to see this just reversed of what you did. I would like to see the background darker with a fill flash to light up just her.

I do really like this. The light behind her and her hair rising, make her look like she may take off in a minute. The colors are good. Sweet shot.

She looks happy to be in front of the camera. Like the way you've brought out the detail in the sky and caught the wispy hair blowing in the breeze.
