The dq is right. I processed this double fast and fairly clumsily. After making the whole thing black and white (plus primaries), I wanted the texture back, so I filled a layer with an expanded piece of background from the original and then brushed away with a layer mask to reveal the car and figures. I decided the windows should be dark and cloned the new 'background' into them. It was the cloning that got me the dq.
