looks like one of those shutter speeds that's not quite long enough or fast enough and instead gives a weak blur. Sort of like an auto "snapshot".

This feels relaxing, but not sharp enough for my tastes. I wish the surface of the water were a little clearer so we could see the texture of it and the silhouette doesn't feel sharp to me either.
