| Terricic reflected light. Without it these women would be almost silhouettes like the people further up the mall, right? Gives an eerie effect with their dense cast shadows in front of them. |

ps... i dont get much of a chance to see reflected light in action and when i do i'm usually with other ppl and they dont want to wait around for me to take photographs ..
dont get much reflected light coming off trees .. !! |

the lighting is amazing in this nick .. i've had a look at the reflected light thread but dont totally understand how it works .. is the light on their faces and the front of their bodies coming from light reflected from a building or something, which is in front of them, and behind you .. ??
weird coz of the very dark shadows on the pavement .. looking at the shadows you'd expect their faces to be in shadow as well ..
its an excellent shot .. any processing you've done on this is perfect coz it looks very natural .. a brilliant photograph .. :) |

| I am so excited you find the reflected light thread! I like how they make you work to get something. the highlights on the hair are great, it looks like it just rained but perhaps its just the light. :) |
