what a wonderful pairing...great capture, have to say I agree with Imagineer on this one about the crop being a bit too tight...
nice eye, and take on challenge...

You really have a way with this sort of juxtapositioning. Like the delivery too.

I was just browsing through the latest challenge results and the interesting juxtaposition in this really made me stop and enjoy for a minute.

Well seen! Like the b/w toning.

Made me smile. The slant of the bench makes it look like the bird is very heavy and the woman very light.

Reminds me of the woman in home alone.

Very sweet shot. Like the sense of lives passing at different paces, but meeting in the middle for this one moment. Crop is too tight for me though - was this necessary to remove extraneous interference?

Definitely my kind of shot! Made me smile! I love how she's sitting so very closely to the side, all very proper as she reads, and the pigeon, rather uninterested in her presence, enjoying his half of the bench as well.

It's almost like the bird commands the space

Dangerously close to exploitation, but the composition is pleasing, and the message not entirely negative. There is hope in the symbolism of a lone dove/pigeon. Technically well done, if a bit under exposed.
