This is a close up of a poppy seed Bagel... my original shot was much closer, but it was too close... so I zoomed out to get this... it's currently 11:41pm so I will have to add more comments later =)

it is a last minute entry... it's definitely not a good one and guaranteed not to do well, but I think it's pretty cool so I entered it anyways... =)

A stumper, so meets the challenge. I like the feeling of depth here. Focus is good. Subject is interesting. I like the colors. It's a good example of how a simple image can appeal. Well done.

News flash: After years of secret experimentation, The Jelly Belly™ company has announced they have succeeded in crossbreeding jelly beans and peanuts for a unique (and highly patented) flavor.

I think this could be pollen or some similar part of a plant.

I would have said tiny coral but if they aren't what I think they are then I will guess some kind of beans like small lima beans that were soaked?
