 Cropped, brightness, contrast, sharpen, clone minor marks, saturation, curves, levels and resized.

Have never done so much to a photo before so was a good learning experience. I don't expect to do well but hope to get some comments to learn from.

Perhaps a little dark and it lacks snap, I would like to see the heart further into the image.
