 Slice of Life Side Challenge - #9

I was given an iPhone as an early birthday present. I am having so much fun exploring it's capabilities, so this is my test of it's camera. Although it's not fabulous, I am quite impressed with the quality, considering the instrument -- a tiny little lens with no manual adjustments.

This Holiday Inn is another of our Sunday morning breakfast haunts. It's not as friendly as the Green Owl because the patrons here are mostly tourists. But the setting is great, and the food is very good.

Thanks NikonJeb for your help and encouragement with tone-mapping. This is the result of my first experiment.

It's amazing what phones can do these days. I like how the umbrellas just jump off the screen, and oh that looks like a nice place to spend some time on a Sunday morning.

What a lovely view for breakfast! And with an iPhone? I am so behind the times. I have a small cell phone with no camera with the pin code taped to the back - I suppose it is for emergencies since I've never actually used the thing....

You are killing me with your shots -warm warm Florida as opposed to fridgid vermont- we had sleet this morning :(
