Very happy with DPChallenge, its good to have something that kind of forces you to think of ideas. Which can be difficult when working very much and having extreme lack of time! so thanx DP!

I had intentionally created an empty area by not lighting the wooden table there, but I do understand, if I was to pull this off correctly next time, perhaps yeah I needed better lighting, and better focus on the girl. Thank you very much everyone for your help, my love for photography only needs experience! :P

A little dark, and the major elements all seem to be arranged around the outer edges of the frame. There seems a big empty area in the middle.

Added: Hmmm,... a big empty area in the middle. I wonder if that is part of what you are trying to convey here. My vote on this one is going up. If that was actually intended to be part of the message it was too subtle for most voters, including me.

I like the break in the mirror, you risked 7 years of bad luck for this challenge! You're braver than me, so you get a bonus point ;) I would like to see a greater difference between the focus in the front and the oof girl, I think having her almost in focus takes away from the impact a bit.
