Rozy roz and I had been talking for a while about building a vegetable garden - so during the winter months we decided to put the plan into action...this is the end result. Looking forward to some nice fresh, organic veges real soon.

These look great! I like your water system. Bell pepper, squash, tomato plants, onions, all nice looking plants in there. Now I want a salad.

I envy you. Since moving into our townhouse we haven't had the room for a garden. Enjoy the fruits (and veggies) of your labor!

Ooh! I'm jealous!! Our plants are all dead & crappy looking, I lost about 30 tomatoes to frost :( Eat some of those fresh veggies for me!! :)

Your garden looks great. Love the planters, we don't see much of those around here in Vermont.

I think it's funny how you just planted a garden, and just last week I had to cut down all the old dead plants in mine! Looks like you'll have some good veggies!

Your garden looks to be doing quite well. I think we need to have our garden up off the ground too so the groundhogs and bunnies will leave it alone.

It looks like you have a great start to the garden; everything here is turning brown and I'd love to see that green right now.

Hiya Greg!!
thanks for a little touch of spring as we here in USA prepare for the onslaught of winter...

I love fresh veggies, although I admit I am too lazy to grow my own! LOL at Patio's comments about not having to bend down! Maybe that would encourage me to get out ther (come spring) and start some gardens of my own!

Beautiful! I'm jealous! We just had a hard freeze last week and my vegetable garden is toast. It is beautiful this morning, so we are going to dig the potatoes for storage. I'll rake leaves and cover up the carrots - maybe that will be my picture today. Haven't yet had a cup of coffee. I see two peppers on your plants already!! Great inspiration for getting things ready for next spring.
