Out of focus i think. Or something. The pliers (?) are hard to look at, and the background color is odd. Is that the rust? I think you had great intentions but it didn't get carried off here. 2

I was a little slow getting this. Advanced years I guess. A bright shiny new little set of pliers might have got me on board quicker than the screw did. The orange background in marvellous with the deep blue green of the rusted steel. The red of the remaining paint is less attractive. This image really requires an uneven treatment of light, less for the screw and more for the dark rust on the pliers.

A 6. I really like the orange.

poorly lit and too dark to see the main subject.

I don't understand what the screw has to do with this photo?

Looks a bit too over-processed. Like the way the title fits the photo.

Cute title. Nice colors. Composition is a bit static - would be better on a diagona.

Cute! I like the title and how the old cutters/pliers seem to be talking to the young screw. I think the picture needs to be a bit more brighter. The shadows on the 'old guy' are a bit too dark for me. Overall, the image "tells" a story and fits the theme quite well. Kudos on a wonderfully creative idea!
