an ant walking along the rail of some local railroad tracks... he caught my eye while i was wandering around with my camera. fortunately he just kept walking down the rail, and i could find him after i ran back to my car to get my macro lens.
pretty much straight from camera... just crop/resize, minor usm, and border.

nice macro. I like especially the lighting, that highlights the translucency (?) of the bug, as well as the contrasting orangeish color with he blueish background.
