I find the composition way too noisy and the lack of focus is highly distracting.

good idea but oof. I do sympathize cause my early attempts at macros looked like this too! Pull back a little and shoot with a tripod from a distance, then crop in.

Good concept, but the focus seems a little off. Shallow depth of field is fine as long as something is in sharp focus.

This would be perfect, I think, If the image weren't blurred, but I'm sure you've already been told that a few times by now. The lighting and colors are lovely though!

This is so uniformly blurry that I wonder if that was an effect you were trying to acchieve? Not sure I would recommend that technique for still objects though.
