Post: Camera Raw adjustements in PSElements 6.0. Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation. Clone bright highlights all the torso left and below the bill. Lots of crops. Curves adjustment. Adjust sharpness. Resize. Adjust sharpness.

Amazingly colorful Mandarin Duck. The light is just a bit harsh and takes away from the image. IMHO Focus is nice and sharp.

Aw, a little Mandarin Duckie :-) Very cool birds. Nice capture with his beak in the water and very clear reflection of his eye. Don't know what I think about that very yellow-green water ... I probably would have desaturated it a lot so the duck stood out better.

I really like the colors in this photo. Well composed and good lighting. My only critique is that it seems a little noisy. This is especially noticeable in the water. I still scored you very high. Good Luck
