 I'm sure I'll get hammered for it not being a mammal, bird, etc... but this really is the wildest thing I had access to this week.

Anyway, I love the way this turned out, so I'm going to enter it anyway and hope that a handful of folks will aprreciate it before labeling it DNMC!

I love ladybird shots, the focus is really good on her and the DOF is spot on. The selective desat is really effective.

Intersting use of desat. I wonder if it makes the plants look to barren though and leaves the ladybug looking a bit isolated ?

Sorry... I don' think this meets the challenge...although I really like the partial desat. Well done.

I like the focus of attention and the sharpness of the ladybug. I think I would have liked it better if the leaves weren't totally desaturated and had been left with a tint of green. But I love green, so that's just me :)
