Malthouse Theatre in Melbourne. There is a great movement in buildings that change with the elements currently in this city. A lot of them are rusting and they look great against the skyline.

Not much to say about technique. I took a lot of photos until the right one came along. I really wanted to get people interacting with the building. It really brings it to life.

Changed levels and cropped. No other work done.

I think people would've been nicer about voting on this if they knew that there really is a rusted building :(

You can read about it here: //www.playbox.com.au/venue/ngargee.php

Cropping out some of the foreground, at about the women's knees, would have tightened the compositionr.

Nice pic overall, but I think it really stretches this category.

i think the wall at the bottom is a lil distracting. Would have looked better if it was removed. But i liked the way you've kept most of the picture filled with the rusted wall. Nice shot.

The idea is brilliant, and the image has got lovely colours. But still I feel that something is missing. Anyway; - this is one of the best shots in this challenge. It tells a story...

Not bad. I think I would have enjoyed it more if all there was in the picture is the wall and nothing else.

The fence in front is tough to overcome. You could try cropping at the knees and a little closer to the people, but, some folks wouldn't like that. Maybe just getting closer would help.

lol cute title and neat wall. I do think cropping the bottom tighter 1/4 an inch would of given this a better score.

This is a nice candid, although I would crop that fence in the foreground. But is that actually a giant rusted metal building?

Not too likely is it. They seem to be completely ignoring their surroundings. Maybe that is how rust forms. Nice photo but I am not as interested in the subjects as they are in what they are discussing.

I'm not sure if rusted "colors" count do they?

A tad over exposed but a great capture!
