Very nice. An interesting bit of trivia I recently learned when I posted a pic of one of these on my Flickr page. Somebody else told me that daddy longlegs are arachnids, but they are not spiders. I checked it out and he was right. Apparently, they do not have venom and they do not spin webs, along with some other physical differences. |

The focus is really well done and the OOF legs really help give this a feeling of depth. |

Great use of focal plane to give this a good sense of depth. Like the stripes of the background. |

good focus on the body. some of the legs are OOF, giving the spider a nice sense of depth. must have been quite a challenge to get this shot while the spider was moving. |

great photograph of something so small ... i cant see any shadows so i'm thinking you didnt use a flash ?? .. dont know your camera settings but this is brilliant .. love how you've highlighted his little body with your perfect focus .. great shot .. :) |
