| Maybe it's just me, but this has a primal feel to it. Focus is a bit soft, but I like the contrast between her hair and the bright background. Also, a good candid moment. |

| A nice candid. In shots like this, it's always nice to try and frame them so you have more negative space in front of the model than in the back, as it's a natural composition for the way humanity is, and the way we see things. We like to follow where the eyes go, or where people face. It's not always possible, of course, but it's something I find that I've forced myself to try and do until it comes almost naturally. Not that there can't be exceptions, but in this case I really think it would make for a stronger shot compositionally. |
