Somebody asked me about the title: Vegetal evolving may represent a proportional “evolving” of the chests and also a passage from the green leaf to the structured material used for the chests, all in the natural frame of the garden.
The sun appeared and disappeared very quickly so there wasn’t much time to arrange everything. Firstly I wanted to crop the black wood backyard but when trying to add a black border to the picture I observed how the backyard formed a natural odd border, with the plants going outside it. Therefore: only resize and sharpen, maybe was wrong, seeing the comments (for me it had a meaning, and I liked the contrast created). Anyhow I wish to thank to everybody who commented and voted!

Needs cropping.

This is a pleasing arrangement of these baskets. However, placed dead center like this with a horizontal format the composition suffers. Consider cropping it to exclude most of the grassy background.

Would have liked to see a closer crop of this one. Otherwise, beautiful. - 9

I would have given a 9 if it weren't for the distracting darkness in the background. Nice shot though!

I'd prefer the baskets weren't centered; top left area is distracting.

Nice illustration of the challenge. Good composition, color, exposure. I just don't understand the title. 10

This idea has alot of potential. I like the baskets set in the grass. I don't like the backround. It is distracting to the main subject. If you used a shallower DOF and blurred the backround it would have worked better.

dunno why but this tickles me - really love it

I really like what you've done with the baskets - very nice. If I put my hands up over the image to cover the black line at the top and the lighter colored bit of background on the left side of the image, making a square crop, I think it makes the shot much more interesting, really bringing attention to the baskets. That one dandilion in front is a nice touch, too, btw.

artistic arrangement - a tighter crop perhaps? - good dof

Great idea. Sort of a "horn of plenty" effect. If there were some way to stage the picture so there was just grass and sky in the background I think it would have been more dramatic. Nice bright greens.

brightly colored baskets i think could improve this shot, it seems kind of drab.

Idea is fine, lighting and colours as well. But the composition could have been better, for instance if you brought the baskets a little out from the center.

lovely shot.
