| This picture look to sharpened and there are a butt load of "squigglies" around the building and the cars. A lot less sharpening would've helped this picture be that much better. 4 |

| can't tell whether this was overcompressed or severely oversharpened or both. it looks fake, which may have been your intention, but i don't see how that helps this picture. composition is good. doesn't show proportion as well as most of the entries |

| Great shot, but there is an awful lot of dithering in it. I think you compressed the file too much. |
