Lit from the right side behind me a touch with a spiderlight and softbox.
Its funny cuz I'm really not angry or dark, but this is the second challenge in which I've portrayed myself that way.

I'm hoping you think "red" when you see this.

Very creative! I think you met the challenge well and it should have finished higher. I would prefer to see the forehead and nose as sharp as the rest of the image.... as I feel the challege that you were meeting was about colour, and I think you did that beautifully and creatively......that's a bit DPC'er ish...but, JMO! Nice composition and beautiful lighting, and a strong image.

OMG!!!! I just looked at the stats.... and ..... 9 - 1's.....really glad to see you still here and contributing!! :)

This doesn't say 'color' to me. Tough challenge topic to shoot for, I know.

Regardless of that, I wish I could see just a bit of an eye.

Very good light! The kind of thing I was hoping others would try (I didn't come up with anything along the less literal lines). Conveys rage or at least anger well, both emotions which lend themselves toward a feeling of red.
