Nicely done on the contrast in the shades of blue, but -- the horizon is tilted just a bit.

I use to live here, almost unfair to have such a beautiful city for this challenge. Very nice job at getting Mt. Hood to stand out so well..8

seems a bit tilted - Mt Hood pulls my eye through to the background, great colors, foreground detracts a bit from the scene

Overexposed background. Landscape pictures taken in the middle of the day are rarely pleasing.
