It's a very nice photo. For me, it's not screaming 'Safety' at all and rather shoehornish having to rely a lot on the title to make it understandable. The borders seem unequal and along with your crop give it an off-balanced appearance.

Beautiful image. The detail is superb... sharp and clean. Great use of the shallow DOF without any of the subject suffering. One of my favourites in this challenge.
