Given that the Advanced Editing rules applied, I think I'd have cropped it just above the cars and cloned out the "Parking" sign in the right foreground. As an architectural photo I'd like it better without the banner, but for representing your area now I guess it's appropriate. I do like the lighting.

Can't vote because I"m not a full member but I would definitely give this a 10. It's one of my favorites for the challenge. I love the sky and the way it reflects on the building. Nice job, good luck during voting!

Very rish blue in this shot... The streetlights are also a nice touch without being distracting.

At first this picture says "wow" but then I look at those parts that should be white and I see a bit too much blue....and the sky is really saturated.... is it possible that this photo is a bit over-saturated, grainy, or both?
