The only comment I can think of is that it seems to be shot too symetrically... like dead on.
Some angling and perhaps even shot in colour with some desaturation but more contrast would make this amazing... |

| Oh poor Dorothy! :0 Has a definite age to it even beyond the hair missing. Nice shot altogether. Lighting is soft, which is good in my opinion, but I think it could be a touch brighter. |

| She looks like a very old doll, so the grain works well. I wish we could see more of her to give a bit more of a story about her past. |
