Unfortunate. Looks like it would have been a nifty little spot to eat. I like the attempt at a dramatic choice of perspective, but the bright light of the time of day doesn't really work with the subject that feels like it wants to be dark and moody.

You did an excellent job of controlling the tone in this b&w image, but I don't know if the monochrome really helps it. It sterilizes the unclean building and graffiti too much, and so I think the building loses a bit of its impact as a run-down relic. Well taken though.
