I have been reviewing this challenge because I'm going on a horse shoot tomorrow and I came across this striking shot. In my humble opinion this should have won the challenge, or at the least fallen in the top 3. Well done. Sweet pose, perfect light, skilled snap capturing the curiousness of this beauty. Thanks, this is the shot I will strive for.
Well, it's funny that Blaze has no blaze, but other than that this is lovely. The colors are a bit subdued and that may cost you, but I like it better than oversaturated.

to improve, i would say a slightly lower angle, so that it was head on.
