 Shot during an evening walk using an ND filter.
Post processing : curves, resize, usm, border.
It's been quite some time since I last participated, I'm looking forward to hitting the update button a few times during the week.

Post Challenge/DQ
I recently decided to systematically convert my raws to DNG on ingestion and forgot all about this when I entered the challenge. Ah well....

In future I guess I'll need to be aware of any DPC-challenge candidates before I import them.

Hey, nice to see you participating in challenges again - I enjoy running across your entries. Now remember to keep a RAW file on hand when you might need one!

Oh Oh Ohhhhhhhhh. HOW HEARTBREAKING!

I once had a ribbon dq'd too -- for editing violations I was clueless about. But this is even more innocent than that! I know how painful that is!

I'm so sorry. This photo is breathtaking, and will be a proud piece in your portfolio long after the challenge is forgotten.

I just learned about using my ND's on more than rushing or spouting water! and what a beautiful way to learn. Congratulations for creating such a wonderful image, Tom - and on your Ribbon.

Tom this is a nice long exposure, the way the dock just fades away. I like the smooth blue tones. Nd filters are great, I used them on my shot too. :)

Strong composition. The colour tone seems a touch too turquoise to be realistic but it's pretty nonetheless.
