This is just BRILLIANT and I really do LOVE this processing of this fine unique image.....

I feel it is s cross between a a page out of a book, a cartoon, and a mirage, all thrown together to make this amazing image, that really impacts the viewer.

Deb, this one is so much fun! Not your typical DPC-friendly shot, maybe that's why I like it so much. I find that I really like the edgy, artsy, playing a heck of a lot kind of postings.
What appeals to me so much is that the flowers are so pronounced and the people look more like the flowers in the background of a portrait shot. Did that make ANY sense?

This is such a fun photo, almost a cartoon, almost an abstract. The colors are what really make this for me. You should post this in the Flowers for August side challenge.
