I like the idea, and I like the composition. The title is perfect as well. I hope people aren't marking you down because they don't get it. Good shot overall. 9 wingy

This shot totally speaks to me of wealthy, greedy, land barons. Very nicely done - I like it a lot. lhall

This is an 11 on a scale of 1 - 10. Very unique and a good eye for photography and subjects. I really like this one.

Very nice depth of field and focus, but the colors are a bit flat to me. Maybe a bit more contrast if possible? karmat

WHAT ?

Very good picture of barbed wire with an interesting backdrop. While I can see your point, I keep arguing with myself about it. The fence depicts the concept of holding on to one's wealth, but the age of the wire says to me aged, possibly in disuse. I guess it doesn't "speak" to me strongly of greed (from my knothole).

Is this symbolic of "Keep out, this is mine"? If not, I guess I just don't get it. I will vote as if it is!

Should have taken the shot near bungalow

private property is a good display of greed if I could only count the times I've climbed to tops of hills to take pictures of the valleys below only to find homes blocking me from getting good views.

I wonder how many people are going to say that this doesn't have anything to do with the theme. It is a great idea and a great shot. I'm giving you a 9. There are little artifacts around the edges and without those you'd have a 10 from me. Do a little less compression to make the picture as close to 150 K. This one the size is 25 K I believe. So a bigger file picture will greatly improve your quality. Good Job! 9 -Jubei

Did you go back and re-shoot this? Zeiss

While I don't see barbed wire or fences as a fair representation of greed, I also see this photo as doing a good job conveying its message. 8 nards656
