 One reverse layer (where the background is actually the image you would normally put on top)in soft light mode, brushes and lots of "creative license." :~)

A true fantasy feeling in this one, and one of my favorites. I love the softness and the colors, as they just make this one looks like an impressionism painting effect. Just lovely..... Perfect.....
