This is a really big chain used to tie ships to shore.

I love the contrast on this photo. To me this really shows strength well!

I love leading lines as well as wonderful shapes and textures. This is so simple it's the kind of image I can imagine having a small haiku poem printed on it - in that top right corner. Good choice to go for black and white.

Very nice textures, but the shadow across the front does not work.

I like the diagonal composition. ot sure there are any true whites in the printing. The dark triangle in the upper left corner is a bit distracting.

Great perspective. Shadow a bit distracting

I like the idea and the name. Only shadow on the chain is bodhering me. But still I like it.

I wish the shadow would not have been on the very front pile of chains.

Nice. I wish the foreground wasn't in shadow.

Is that a pole casting a shadow in the foreground. The shadow spoils it for me. Good idea.

most of the chain is nicely lit, but the part inteh foreground is too dark - perhaps a fill flash or a reflector would have helped

Yes, this is strength! Much like the position of the chain in the frame, very good. Could you have avoided the shadows in the foreground and in the upper left corner (different camera position maybe)?
